Group Fitness Schedule

Our Woodland Hills club has a thriving member community, and there’s nowhere this energy is felt more than in Group Fitness. Our diverse class offering balances cardio, strength, and mind/body classes to meet the complete needs of your body. Whether you are shaking your booty in a Dance It Out class, creating muscle definition and building endurance in a Body Blast session, or finding your bliss in Yoga, your group fitness experience promises to be positive and productive. Designed to nourish body, mind and spirit, our wide assortment of classes will be a springboard to both fitness and lasting friendships.  

Our Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors hold nationally recognized fitness certifications and are trained in CPR. At our Woodland Hills fitness center, classes are offered 7 days a week and childcare is always available. Total Woman Gym + Spa, Woodland Hills, is one of our eight Los Angeles area clubs.

Define, tone and strengthen your entire body using the stability ball.

Mind and body coordination emphasis on focus, balance, body alignment, and grace. Basic knowledge of ballet is a plus but not required.

A fun dance class that incorporates belly dancing moves that will tone, firm and tighten your best assets,  your belly, booty and core!

This workout is designed to define your muscles, build endurance and give you the results you desire!

This ultimate calorie-burning workout combines the best of cross-training conditioning with speed drills, plyometrics, and power exercising.  

An exhilarating fat burning program with a fun & effective mix of cardio-based movements.

It is a cardio based class that incorporates dance movements.

Part Pilates, part yoga, and part dance rolled up into one. It is a class that consists of constant movement that strengthens the core.

Simulating an outdoor ride complete with sprints, hill climbs and other terrain, this interval training class will definitely get your heart pumping!


A spin class that incorporates weights. Cycle + Pump helps increase endurance and strength.

A total body, high energy, cardio dance class that infuses styles of dance including hip hop, Bollywood, line dancing, disco, 80’s, african, hula and more.

Gentle yoga poses are designed to restore and re-energize the body, mind and spirit.

Stretching, deep breathing, relaxation, and healing visualizations are used to facilitate release of physical and emotional tension, increase flexibility and improve balance.

A cardio based class, based on max interval training.  This class will push you you past your limits with athletic/plyometric drills mixed with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training.  You don't have to be in extreme shape - levels of each exercise are provided.

A cardio based class that focuses on enhancing your kickboxing skills.

A low impact class that incorporates strength training created for all levels especially those who have injuries preventing them from high impact exercises

Inspired by the Joseph Pilates method, this class emphasizes body awareness while building strength and flexibility without excess bulk.


Yoga and Pilates based movements combined with standing balance work, traditional abdominal exercises and flowing stretches to help you achieve long, lean muscles giving you a powerful, flexible, and youthful body. This comprehensive core workout will leave you feeling strong and re-energized!

Practice body connectedness, balance, and strength as you progress your body to move through powerful yoga poses.

Step and Pump is a cardio class that incorporates weights. Step and pump uses steps and weights that helps tone and sculpt the body.

In this 30 minute class you will concentrate on flexibility and stretching.

Movements that are synchronized to the breath. Vinyasa

Use your body weight plus light hand weights to increase metabolism, strengthen bones, tone muscles and increase flexibility. Every yoga class concludes in sauasana.

Zumba is a fusion of Latin and international music with exciting unique moves utilizing the principles of fitness interval training with easy to follow dance steps.

About Our Gym and Spa

Our prime location in the Westfields Mall offers easy access as well as covered parking. And for those working in any of the nearby businesses, a lunch time workout is but steps away. Become a member of our lively, enthusiastic community of women, and you will enjoy tracking your progress with your own personal log in, thanks to Preva cardio cinema. After achieving your daily workout goal, head up to our second level for some state of the art pampering in our relaxing and energizing spa, complete with its own locker room, shower facility and quiet room. One of our eight Los Angeles area clubs, Total Woman Woodland Hills is generating lots of positive buzz as the new club on the block.

Amanda Prasad, General Manager

As an avid exerciser and mother of two boys our General Manager, Amanda Prasad is quite familiar with the challenges of balancing lots of responsibilities in limited time. She is a huge supporter of the Total Woman concept, a one stop full service fitness destination that makes squeezing in self-care time so much easier.  

Fallon Mercedes, Fitness Manager

A member of the health and fitness industry for more than 7 years, Fitness Manager Fallon Mercedes is a personal trainer, certified nutritionist and previously featured on the hit A&E show “Fit To Fat To Fit,” where she gained 45lbs in order to lose it all alongside her client in just 3 months. She is currently a fitness expert on "Fit Club," a health and fitness podcast/online show, on which she specializes in extreme weight loss and rehabbing. Inspired by Total Women’s eclectic and vibrant community, she became part of the Total Woman family in 2013.
