Dance it out with sassy Zumba, find peace and balance in a yoga group appropriate to your interest and skill level, or tone and sculpt in an Abs and Assets class. No matter which of our diverse assortment of cardio, strength, or mind/body connection classes you choose, you’ll share a fun, energetic, beneficial workout experience with enthusiastic like-minded women. One of our eight Los Angeles area clubs, Total Woman Westlake offers classes 7 days a week and childcare is always available.

A complete workout aimed At toning and defining the Muscles in your midsection, hips, buttocks, and thighs.

Define, tone and strengthen your entire body using the stability ball.

A dynamic, energizing full body workout incorporating traditional ballet. This class delivers strength, core stability, balance and flexibility as you lengthen and sculpt muscles. Dance sneakers recommended.

This workout is designed to define your muscles, build endurance and give you the results you desire!  

This ultimate calorie-burning workout combines the best of cross-training conditioning with speed drills, plyometrics, and power exercising.  

A truly energetic workout where elements of traditional kickboxing are combined with low and/or high impact moves to tone the muscles and get the heart going!

This high energy Indoor Cycle class offers an exhilarating ride that’s out of this world. You’ll enjoy retro music from the disco era and a cosmic light show as you complete sprints, hills climbs, and cover other terrain.

This cardio/strength combination class alternates strength exercises to sculpt every major muscle group with easy to follow cardio moves.


Simulating an outdoor ride complete with sprints, hill climbs and other terrain, this interval training class will definitely get your heart pumping!  

A total body, high energy, cardio dance class that infuses styles of dance including hip hop, Bollywood, line dancing, disco, 80’s, African, hula and more.

Gentle yoga poses are designed to restore and re-energize the body, mind and spirit.

Stretching, deep breathing, relaxation, and healing visualizations are used to facilitate release of physical and emotional tension, increase flexibility and improve balance.

High intensity interval training focuses on exercises that use major muscle groups, compound movements, and high intensity movements that tap the energy sources inside the muscle allowing you to achieve amazing results in this 25 minute class.

JILLIAN MICHAELS BODYSHRED™ is a 30-minute, high intensity and endurance based class that utilizes Jillian’s 3-2-1 interval approach: 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio & 1 minute of abs.

Traditional low impact moves are utilized to create this great cardio workout and finished off with stretching.

Inspired by the Joseph Pilates method, this class emphasizes body awareness while building strength and flexibility without excess bulk.


A unique low impact, high intensity body transforming program designed to build strength & gain flexibility.

Practice body connectedness, balance, and strength as you progress your body to move through powerful yoga poses.

Handpicked for their enthusiasm and interpersonal skills as well as their nationally recognized fitness and CPR certifications, our personal trainers and group fitness instructors are serious about your fitness progress and will be there to guide and inspire every step of the way. Nestled in the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains, in the heart of Malibu wine country, Westlake Village is a Los Angeles gem. Straddling the Los Angeles and Ventura county line, it’s a small city of less than 6 miles square that makes a big impact. Attracting many local small business owners and entrepreneurs, as well as mothers with young children, Total Woman Westlake Village is a special community of women within a special community.


Lily Garcia, General Manager

Lily Garcia came to Total Woman as a General Manager in April 2015. Originally at the Northridge location she moved to our Westlake gym in 2016 where she has enjoyed getting to know all the longtime members. Inspired by her mom, whose consistent workouts helped her physically and mentally beat breast cancer, Lily understands the power and importance of mind/body wellness. A self-professed cardio-queen, she really noticed a change in her physique after she began lifting, and has since become a strong advocate of weight lifting for women.

Larissa Solomos, Fitness Manager

15 years ago, Fitness Manager Larissa Solomos started her Total Woman journey as a member. Surrounded by the energy and empowerment of the club, she fell in love with the concept of women helping women to achieve their goals. As the Fitness Manager and a personal trainer at Westlake Village, she shares her goal with members—to stay as healthy as possible as she grows older.
