Total Woman Westlake Village is located on Russell Ranch Rd at the Shoppes at Westlake Village along with Jeanine's, Target and Bowl of Heaven. We have ample free parking in front of the club.
Group Fitness Schedule
Our Westlake Village club has a thriving member community, and there’s nowhere this energy is felt more than in Group Fitness. Our diverse class offering balances cardio, strength, and mind/body classes to meet the complete needs of your body.
Our Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors hold nationally recognized fitness certifications and are trained in CPR. At our Westlake Village fitness center, classes are offered 7 days a week and childcare is always available. Total Woman Gym + Spa, Westlake Village, is one of our eight Los Angeles area clubs.

D.I.O. – DANCE IT OUT
A total body, high energy, cardio dance class that infuses styles of dance including hip hop, Bollywood, line dancing, disco, 80’s, African, hula and more.
Gentle yoga poses are designed to restore and re-energize the body, mind and spirit.
Stretching, deep breathing, relaxation, and healing visualizations are used to facilitate release of physical and emotional tension, increase flexibility and improve balance.
High intensity interval training focuses on exercises that use major muscle groups, compound movements, and high intensity movements that tap the energy sources inside the muscle allowing you to achieve amazing results in this 25 minute class.
JILLIAN MICHAELS BODYSHRED™
JILLIAN MICHAELS BODYSHRED™ is a 30-minute, high intensity and endurance based class that utilizes Jillian’s 3-2-1 interval approach: 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio & 1 minute of abs.
Traditional low impact moves are utilized to create this great cardio workout and finished off with stretching.
Inspired by the Joseph Pilates method, this class emphasizes body awareness while building strength and flexibility without excess bulk.

Lily Garcia, General Manager
Lily Garcia came to Total Woman as a General Manager in April 2015. Originally at the Northridge location she moved to our Westlake gym in 2016 where she has enjoyed getting to know all the longtime members. Inspired by her mom, whose consistent workouts helped her physically and mentally beat breast cancer, Lily understands the power and importance of mind/body wellness. A self-professed cardio-queen, she really noticed a change in her physique after she began lifting, and has since become a strong advocate of weight lifting for women.
Larissa Solomos, Fitness Manager
Larissa Solomos started off as a member at Total Woman about 15 years ago and fell in love with the positive energy and empowerment that felt at the club. As the Fitness Manager at Westlake Village and as a personal trainer, her goal for members is the same for herself – to stay as healthy as possible as she grows older.
