Expect something different when you walk through the doors of Total Woman Gym + Spa. Of all the gyms in Valencia, we are the only one designed specifically for women, by women. Our female-focused facility combines a health club and a day spa to provide you with all the essential services you need for sustained health and wellness in one convenient location.


Group Fitness Schedule

Our Valencia club has a thriving member community, and there’s nowhere this energy is felt more than in Group Fitness. Our diverse class offering balances cardio, strength, and mind/body classes to meet the complete needs of your body.

Our Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors hold nationally recognized fitness certifications and are trained in CPR. At our Valencia fitness center, classes are offered 7 days a week and childcare is always available. Total Woman Gym + Spa, Valencia, is one of our eight Los Angeles area clubs.

ABS AND ASSETS
A complete workout aimed At toning and defining the Muscles in your midsection, hips, buttocks, and thighs.

BARREVITE
A dynamic, energizing full body workout incorporating traditional ballet. This class delivers strength, core stability, balance and flexibility as you lengthen and sculpt muscles. Dance sneakers recommended.

BELLY DANCE
Engage your body in the age-old art of belly dancing to tone muscles and burn calories!

BODY BLAST
This workout is designed to define your muscles, build endurance and give you the results you desire!

BOKWA FITNESS
Draw letters and numbers with your feet while performing a fun, predictable, energizing and addictive cardio workout routine moving to music in a free form rhythm.

BOOT CAMP
This ultimate calorie-burning workout combines the best of cross-training conditioning with speed drills, plyometrics, and power exercising.

BOSU BLAST
This innovative class will help you strengthen your core, improve balance, build muscular endurance, and burn calories while utilizing Bosu equipment.

CARDIO KICK
A truly energetic workout where elements of traditional kickboxing are combined with low and/or high impact moves to tone the muscles and get the heart going!

C.S.I.
This cardio/strength combination class alternates strength exercises to sculpt every major muscle group with easy to follow cardio moves.

CYCLE
Simulating an outdoor ride complete with sprints, hill climbs and other terrain, this interval training class will definitely get your heart pumping!  

D.I.O. – DANCE IT OUT
A total body, high energy, cardio dance class that infuses styles of dance including hip hop, Bollywood, line dancing, disco, 80’s, African, hula and more.

GENTLE YOGA
Gentle yoga poses are designed to restore and re-energize the body, mind and spirit.

HATHA YOGA
Stretching, deep breathing, relaxation, and healing visualizations are used to facilitate release of physical and emotional tension, increase flexibility and improve balance.

H.I.I.T.
High intensity interval training focuses on exercises that use major muscle groups, compound movements, and high intensity movements that tap the energy sources inside the muscle allowing you to achieve amazing results in this 25 minute class.

JILLIAN MICHAELS BODYSHRED™
JILLIAN MICHAELS BODYSHRED™ is a 30-minute, high intensity and endurance based class that utilizes Jillian’s 3-2-1 interval approach: 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio & 1 minute of abs

MAT PILATES
Inspired by the Joseph Pilates method, this class emphasizes body awareness while building strength and flexibility without excess bulk.

PILOXING
This class blends Pilates core work with boxing moves and bouncing footwork to burn calories, melt fat, and sculpt muscles.

P.I.Y.O.
A unique low impact, high intensity body transforming program designed to build strength & gain flexibility.

POWER YOGA
Practice body connectedness, balance, and strength as you progress your body to move through powerful yoga poses.

R.I.P.P.E.D.
Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, Diet. These components will shock your body with an incredible and fun workout!

VINYASA FLOW YOGA
A vigorous mind/body adventure emphasizing breathing techniques linked to flow of movement; allowing you to deepen breathing, increase endurance and test your balance and flexibility.

ZUMBA
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and international music with exciting unique moves utilizing the principles of fitness interval training with easy to follow dance steps.


Manager Bios

Selin Minassians, General Manager
Selin Minassians is the General Manager at Total Woman gym in Valencia.  Her career began in 2005 as a customer service representative but her passion for fitness led to her becoming a nationally certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine program. A dancer her whole life, she understands the importance of taking care of both your body and your mind – something that was put to the test when she was diagnosed with a severe thyroid condition called Graves’ disease. Although she faced many health challenges and mental obstacles, she stuck with her fitness regimen, and she uses that determination and dedication every day to empower women in their own fitness journeys.

Tracey Jones, Fitness Manager
Teresa Jones (A.K.A. Tracey) has been active with sports and coaching her whole life, which is why she first started in the fitness industry. She joined Total Woman in 2012 as a personal trainer because she wanted to be a part of the empowering community of women at Total Woman. Now the Fitness Manager at our Valencia gym, she’s true believer in life-long fitness and hopes to inspire and motivate both her clients and trainers for many years to come.
