Our Valencia club has a thriving member community, and there’s nowhere this energy is felt more than in Group Fitness. Our diverse class offering balances cardio, strength, and mind/body classes to meet the complete needs of your body. Total Woman Valencia takes your fun and fitness seriously. Our group classes transform fitness buffs into friends who benefit as much from the camaraderie as they do from the cardio, strength training, sculpting and toning. Join like-minded peers in any one of our diverse classes, specifically designed to enrich the mind, body and spirit. Classes are offered 7 days a week and childcare is always available.
This 90 minute class will use 30 minutes of cycle, 30 minutes of body strengthening, and 30 minutes of tennis ball/stretching therapy. Please join the class at any time, or for any segment to suit your needs.
This 90 minute class will spend 45 minutes on cardio exercises and 45 minutes on strength training and stretching. Challenge yourself in this special 90 minute class.
ABS AND ASSETS
A complete workout aimed At toning and defining the Muscles in your midsection, hips, buttocks, and thighs.
A dynamic, energizing full body workout incorporating traditional ballet. This class delivers strength, core stability, balance and flexibility as you lengthen and sculpt muscles. Dance sneakers recommended.
This workout is designed to define your muscles, build endurance and give you the results you desire!
This ultimate calorie-burning workout combines the best of cross-training conditioning with speed drills, plyometrics, and power exercising.
This innovative class will help you strengthen your core, improve balance, build muscular endurance, and burn calories while utilizing Bosu equipment.
A truly energetic workout where elements of traditional kickboxing are combined with low and/or high impact moves to tone the muscles and get the heart going!
This cardio/strength combination class alternates strength exercises to sculpt every major muscle group with easy to follow cardio moves.
Simulating an outdoor ride complete with sprints, hill climbs and other terrain, this interval training class will definitely get your heart pumping!
D.I.O. – DANCE IT OUT
A total body, high energy, cardio dance class that infuses styles of dance including hip hop, Bollywood, line dancing, disco, 80’s, African, hula and more.
A mind/body class emphasizing breathing techniques linked to flow of movement; allowing you to deepen breathing, increase endurance and test your balance and flexibility. Good for beginner or intermediate levels.
Gentle yoga poses are designed to restore and re-energize the body, mind and spirit.
Stretching, deep breathing, relaxation, and healing visualizations are used to facilitate release of physical and emotional tension, increase flexibility and improve balance.
High intensity interval training focuses on exercises that use major muscle groups, compound movements, and high intensity movements that tap the energy sources inside the muscle allowing you to achieve amazing results in this 25 minute class.
JILLIAN MICHAELS BODYSHRED™
JILLIAN MICHAELS BODYSHRED™ is a 30-minute, high intensity and endurance based class that utilizes Jillian’s 3-2-1 interval approach: 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio & 1 minute of abs
Inspired by the Joseph Pilates method, this class emphasizes body awareness while building strength and flexibility without excess bulk.
A unique low impact, high intensity body transforming program designed to build strength & gain flexibility.
Practice body connectedness, balance, and strength as you progress your body to move through powerful yoga poses.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA
A mind/body adventure emphasizing breathing techniques linked to flow of movement; allowing you to deepen breathing, increase endurance and test your balance and flexibility.
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and international music with exciting unique moves utilizing the principles of fitness interval training with easy to follow dance steps.
Our carefully selected Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors hold nationally recognized fitness and CPR certifications. An integral part of the Total Woman community, our instructional staff develops close relationships with our members to create one warm, supportive family. Chosen for their ability to motivate, inspire and safely guide you toward your fitness goals, our instructors get as excited about your personal development as you do.

Selin Minassians, General Manager
Total Woman Valencia General Manger, Selin Minassians is herself a certified personal trainer who understands the importance of the trainer/client connection. A dancer her whole life, Selin has always been a dedicated fitness buff, and that determination was put to the test when she developed Graves’ disease, a severe thyroid disease. Though she faced health challenges, she stuck to her workout regimen and today she sees her role as empowering Total Woman Valencia members on their own fitness journeys.
Tracey Jones, Fitness Manager
Fitness Manager Teresa Jones (A.K.A. Tracey) joined Total Woman in 2012 as a personal trainer. Active in sports and coaching her whole life, Tracey embodies the warm, supportive spirit of Total Woman and looks forward to motivating and inspiring the Total Woman community for many years to come.
