Pilates.
Each Total Woman club offers a private Pilates Studio where you can receive 1-on-1 or group personal training sessions from a skilled Pilates instructor. Our Pilates personal training program uses reformer equipment to help you develop greater core strength and improve the way your body looks and feels, empowering you to tackleany obstacles in your life.
