Michelle Price, General Manager of our Sunnyvale gym was like most women – a busy mom who put her family first. By her mid-40’s she found herself facing a number of health issues and was unable to keep up with her boys. She realized she had to make a change. She began to focus on herself, taking time out to improve her health and thus the quality of life for the entire family. Now, a passionate fitness professional, she fervently expresses the importance of self-care to her clients and believes that the sense of community and support that exists between the members and staff is key to helping women experience positive changes in their own fitness journey.
Total Woman Sunnyvale is located on the south side of West Sunnyvale Shopping Center, just two doors down from Big Five Sporting Goods, with plenty of parking available.
