MY TRAINING PHILOSOPHY IS:My personal training philosophy is to make fitness not just about exercise. I want to emphasize the importance of making it a part of ones daily life and adopting healthy habits and overall lifestyle. I aspire to make training fun, safe, effective, and help my clients feel confident through their own personal strength.
MY TRAINING STYLE IS:I like to use circuit training to make exercising time efficient and work multiple muscle groups at the same time. It not only cuts down on time, but is also very effective and keeps routines from being boring. I also like to use different kinds of equipment to mix up my workouts.
