Our Laguna Hills club has a thriving member community, and there’s nowhere this energy is felt more than in Group Fitness. Our diverse class offering balances cardio, strength, and mind/body classes to meet the complete needs of your body. Share a fun, energetic, beneficial workout experience with like-minded peers in any one of our diverse group fitness classes. Find your Zen in a yoga class appropriate to your interest and skill level, get your sassy salsa on in a Zumba session, or sweat it out with other spin cycle enthusiasts. Balancing cardio, strength and the mind/body connection, our class schedule is designed to enrich, encourage and empower. Classes are offered 7 days a week and childcare is always available.

Our Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors hold nationally recognized fitness certifications and are trained in CPR. A complete workout aimed At toning and defining the Muscles in your midsection, hips, buttocks, and thighs.

This class incorporates mat and ballet barre exercises using loops, balls, and weights to challenge the whole body, building strength and grace.

This class incorporates Ballet Barre exercises and aspects of Vinyasa Flow Yoga to increase endurance, balance, flexibility and strength.

This workout is designed to define your muscles, build endurance and give you the results you desire!

This ultimate calorie-burning workout combines the best of cross-training conditioning with speed drills, plyometrics, and power exercising.  

You'll love this heart-pumping, energy-producing fitness program that focuses on core strength for the ultimate full body workout.

This cardio/strength combination class alternates strength exercises to sculpt every major muscle group with easy to follow cardio moves.

Simulating an outdoor ride complete with sprints, hill climbs and other terrain, this interval training class will definitely get your heart pumping!  

A total body, high energy, cardio dance class that infuses styles of dance including hip hop, Bollywood, line dancing, disco, 80’s, african, hula and more.

Students are lead to a mindful practice that is focused on moving safely from one posture to the other. Proper alignment, as well as modifications are taught making this practice suitable for all levels. Although the class will have strengthening and balancing elements, it will also include stretching and relaxing poses, allowing the body and the mind to unwind nicely.

Gentle yoga poses are designed to restore and re-energize the body, mind and spirit.

Work flat out in 3 to 5 minute blocks, with only a few seconds to break; it keeps your body working at maximum capacity through the entire workout.  Exercises include; plyometrics, athletic sports drills, upper body resistance, cardio, intense abdominal training and recovery.

Inspired by the Joseph Pilates method, this class emphasizes body awareness while building strength and flexibility without excess bulk.

A unique low impact, high intensity body transforming program designed to build strength & gain flexibility.

A more vigorous style of Yoga that will challenge all levels, with the focus on the physical aspects of yoga. This class will increase flexibility, endurance, and strength.

Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, Diet. These components will shock your body with an incredible and fun workout!

This class will awaken the body by completing numerous and varied sun salutations, and level 1/2 hatha yoga flows.

High/Low impact movements performed on and off a step platform are geared at optimizing your ability to burn fat.

An interval based, full body workout that begins with a sports-specific warm-up. High-paced intervals follow with kickboxing-specific strength/endurance training sequences and easy-to-follow combinations.

The perfect blend of cardio and strength to reset your metabolism and burn fat and calories! This
class includes cardio and strength training circuits. As each resistance circuit ends you move into a cardio sequence. This class has modifications for beginners and options for the advanced.

A vigorous mind/body adventure emphasizing breathing techniques linked to flow of movement; allowing you to deepen breathing, increase endurance and test your balance and flexibility.

Zumba is a fusion of Latin and international music with exciting unique moves utilizing the principles of fitness interval training with easy to follow dance steps.

A lighter side of Zumba but with the same Latin flavor and fabulous music!

About Our Gym and Spa

Naomi Green, General Manager

A former track and field athlete, General Manager Naomi Green turned her passion for sports into a career and holds multiple certifications as an Athletic Coach, Bio-Mechanics Specialist, Personal Trainer and a Certified Group X Instructor for Indoor Cycle & Silver Sneakers. She was a fitness manager at 24 Hour Fitness, but felt it was her destiny to become part of the Total Woman family in 2016 once she became aware of the Total Woman concept and its unsurpassed power to enrich the lives of woman.

Andrea Neumann, Fitness Manager

Fitness Manager Andrea Neumann began her journey with Total Woman in 2000 at the Westlake Village location. Recruited for her “Make Fitness a Lifestyle” mentality, Andrea is the embodiment of the Total Woman spirit, and continues to spread her message throughout Laguna Hills’ exceptional community of women.

Surrounded by the Laguna Woods we’re situated next to Macy's, Nordstrom's Rack and across from Saddleback Hospital. We have plenty of parking available in front of our building and additional parking can be found in the lot.
