Our Glendale club has a thriving member community, and there’s nowhere this energy is felt more than in Group Fitness. Our diverse class offering balances cardio, strength, and mind/body classes to meet the complete needs of your body.
Our Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors hold nationally recognized fitness certifications and are trained in CPR. At our Glendale fitness center, classes are offered 7 days a week and childcare is always available. Total Woman Gym + Spa, Glendale, is one of our eight Los Angeles area clubs.

JILLIAN MICHAELS BODYSHRED™
JILLIAN MICHAELS BODYSHRED is a 30-minute, high intensity and endurance based class that utilizes Jillian’s 3-2-1 interval approach: 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio & 1 minute of abs.
A truly energetic workout where elements of traditional kickboxing are combined with low and/or high impact moves to tone the muscles and get the heart going

Zumba is a fusion of Latin and international music with exciting unique moves utilizing the principles of fitness interval training with easy to follow dance steps.
In this class you get the best of both worlds with the combination of Zumba and strength training.
Nansi Ghaenian, General Manager
Nansi Ghaenian started out as a member of Total Woman gym in Glendale and enjoyed the “family” type atmosphere so much, she decided to work there too. Now, as General Manager, she is still constantly inspired by the members who work out there.
