BODYSHRED workouts leverage Jillian's 3-2-1 interval approach to training. The 3-2-1 means three minutes of strength training, two minutes of cardio work, and one minute of abs – and repeat. Working these intervals engages your body head to toe, and with maximum efficiency so you can spend less time at the gym and more time enjoying its benefits.
