TOTAL WOMAN FITNESS
Total Woman Gym + Spa offers more than a traditional stand-alone gym or stand-alone spa. We're more than a "women's gym." We have created a space that is committed to helping our members strengthen, sweat, relax, rejuvenate, tone and just have fun. Below is an overview of all the conveniences and amenities we offer to our members.
Our NCCA-Accredited trainers specialize in women's fitness. They will help you in creating a plan to achieve your health and wellness goals.
Total Woman offers a variety of specialty training including new and popular workouts like Tabata and TRX and are done in just 25 minutes.
PRIVATE PILATES STUDIO
Each Total Woman Club offers a Private Pilates Studio. Here you can receive Personal Training from one of our NCCA-Accredited trainers. Using our reformer equipment, you'll improve core strength and improve the way your body looks and feels. Pilates is a type of training that can benefit women of all ages and sizes.
With an on-site day spa, Total Woman offers a variety of massage services and treatments to help you recover from workouts or training sessions.
STEAM, SAUNA AND WHIRLPOOL*
Detoxify and relax after your workout in our steam room, sauna and whirlpool. Not only will they help relieve stress and relax muscles, but they also help lower blood pressure, rid your body of toxins and help improve the look and feel of your skin.

ON-SITE KIDS CLUB
Not only do we offer babysitting services while you work out, but you can also use our babysitting services when you're at the spa.
We offer state-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment like treadmills, elliptical machines, arc trainers, recumbent and upright bikes and much more.
strength TRAINING EQUIPMENT
Our clubs offer top-of-the-line strength training areas designed specifically to suit the female body, including circuit training equipment, functional training equipment and free weights.
GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Total Woman offers group fitness classes that range from low-impact cardio to High Intensity Interval Training and everything in between including Yoga, Pilates, Zumba and Cycling.
