class descriptions

BOOTCAMP
This ultimate calorie-burning workout combines the best of cross-training conditioning with speed drills, plyometrics, and power exercising.

BODY BLAST
This workout is designed to define your muscles, build endurance and give you the results you desire!

CORE & MORE
(formerly abs and assets)- Make your bottom half your better half with a complete workout aimed at toning and defining the muscles in your midsection, hips, buttocks, and thighs. Get ready to feel great about how you look.

CYCLE
Simulating an outdoor ride complete with sprints, hill climbs and other terrain, this interval training class will definitely get your heart pumping!

INSANITY
This class is challenging, cardio conditioning, and total-body strength drills, designed for people of all levels. The moves are easy to follow—but the workout WILL challenge you, change you, and get you in the best shape of your life.

INTERVALS
(formerly CSI) – A full-body workout that includes both resistance training and cardio. Increase your muscular endurance with strength and stabilization exercises. Burn calories, build stamina, and get results.

 

 

INTRO TO H.I.I.T
Are you interested in burning maximum calories? Haven’t done a HIIT class and want to know what it is all about? Not sure you can do it? Welcome to our Intro to HIIT class. This 25 minute ALL LEVELS class introduces basic HIIT movements and how to modify for your particular needs.

JILLIAN MICHAELS BODYSHRED™
JILLIAN MICHAELS BODYSHRED is a 30-minute, high intensity and endurance based class that utilizes Jillian’s 3-2-1 interval approach: 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio & 1 minute of abs.  

MAT PILATES
Inspired by the Joseph Pilates method, this class emphasizes body awareness while building strength and flexibility without excess bulk.

PILATES FUSION
A strong core, get long and lean and improve flexibility with our Pilates Fusion Class. This all levels class incorporates matwork and other workout elements to improve strength and posture.

STEP
High/Low impact movements performed on and off of a step platform are geared at optimizing your ability to burn fat. Easy to follow routines. Can be enjoyed by any fitness level.

 

 

 

STRETCH
Tight muscles? This ALL LEVELS 25 minute class concentrates on flexibility and stretching.

U-JAM
Move your booty and have fun in this all levels dance class using the latest in different dance moves!

VINYASA YOGA
NAMASTE! This all levels class is based on Vinyasa Principles. Good for beginners to advance participants.

YOGA  
This class is ideal for beginners, seniors, those with limitations, and those new to yoga. Learn yoga poses and modifications that will allow you to be successful in core strengthening and increasing flexibility.

ZUMBA
This class will really get your heart beating and your hips shaking. Zumba is a fusion of Latin and international music with exciting unique moves utilizing the principles of fitness interval training with easy to follow dance steps. You will not want to miss this FUN workout!
