TRX Suspension Training builds total body strength, balance, flexibility and core stability for people of all fitness levels. It is a complete total-body training tool and cutting edge training system to take your performance to the next level.
BOSU
Training on the BOSU will take your fitness to the next level. It incorporates balance, strength training, cardiovascular drills, and core stability. The BOSU looks like half a stability ball on one side and a platform on the other, and it can be used with either side up. The BOSU makes exercise more effective for people of all fitness levels, from beginners to elite athletes.
Kettlebell
Kettlebell training has been around for over 100 years! Training with a single Kettlebell creates an imbalance in weight distribution while performing exercises. That imbalance results in your abs, low back and glutes contracting, resulting in strengthening like no other training method.
Nutrition
Nutrition is the key to weigh loss and maintenance. This specialty session focuses on your nutrition journal, your personal metabolism, and your calories, learning to how to shop and read food labels and how to maximize your results.
Indoor Cycling*
One-on-one indoor cycling sessions are designed to help client’s burn maximum calories, while building strength, endurance and power. Your trainer will tailor each workout for your specific goals and fitness level. She will also add variety to each session to ensure that your fitness continues to improve and progress.
Cardio Combo
If you’re like most people, your cardiovascular workouts have become boring. Your cardio combo trainer will add fun and variety to those cardio sessions while helping you progress in a systematic manner. She will tailor your exercises to your fitness level, whether you are a marathon runner or are just starting an exercise program for the first time. Combining a group of cardio activities into one workout at steady or various intensities is an excellent way to fight the boredom that comes from the same daily workout routine.
Sports Conditioning
Sports conditioning incorporates endurance, stamina and power into a high-intensity workout. The exercises simulate a variety of movements used in sports and, depending on the participant, may include sprint exercises and obstacle courses. These sessions are a great workout for any fitness enthusiast, and are especially beneficial to athletes who want to improve sport-specific skills.
Mat Pilates
Pilates focuses on the muscles that are considered the linchpin of good posture: the abdominals, the glutes and the back. Mat Pilates will help you tone and strengthen your muscles, increase your flexibility, and improve your balance, posture and alignment.
Core Stability
The deep and superficial muscles of the abdomen and back are the main focus of core stability training. Your trainer will use a variety of equipment, including balance boards, balance cushions and stability balls to help you improve your balance, posture, coordination, strength, endurance, flexibility, and mental focus.
Assisted Stretching
If your muscles feel tense, tight or sore, then a one-on-one stretch session is just what you need. Relax while your trainer stretches each major muscle group for you, or focuses on your specific problem areas.
Kickboxing*
Impact Kickboxing is a fun, exciting and challenging way to burn calories, get a great cardiovascular workout, and relieve stress. You will be working on the bag, while your trainer guides you and teaches you the correct bio-mechanics for all kicks and punches.
