ABS AND ASSETS
A complete workout aimed At toning and defining the Muscles in your midsection, hips, buttocks, and thighs.

BODY BAR STRENGTH
Develop overall body muscular strength and endurance by using the body bar as your resistance tool. You will also develop core strength and flexibility with a variety of creative and fun exercise movements. Come work it out with the body bar!

BODY BLAST
This workout is designed to define your muscles, build endurance and give you the results you desire!

BALLETONING
30 minutes of toning and ballet moves to lengthen and strengthen your body for all levels of fitness.

BOOT CAMP
This ultimate calorie-burning workout combines the best of cross-training conditioning with speed drills, plyometrics, and power exercising.  

BOSU
Enjoy an exciting workout on a unique piece of equipment! This innovative class will help you strengthen your core, improve balance, build muscular endurance, and burn calories.

CARDIO CRAZY
30 minutes of heart conditioning through a variety of movement (dace, kickboxing, drumming) just to name a few for all levels of fitness.

C.S.I.
This cardio/strength combination class alternates strength exercises to sculpt every major muscle group with easy to follow cardio moves.

CYCLE
Simulating an outdoor ride complete with sprints, hill climbs and other terrain, this interval training class will definitely get your heart pumping! 

HATHA YOGA
Stretching, deep breathing, relaxation, and healing visualizations are used to facilitate release of physical and emotional tension, increase flexibility and improve balance.

INSANITY
Work flat out in 3 to 5 minute blocks, with only a few seconds to break; it keeps your body working at maximum capacity through the entire workout.  Exercises include; plyometrics, athletic sports drills, upper body resistance, cardio, intense abdominal training and recovery.

JILLIAN MICHAELS BODYSHRED™
JILLIAN MICHAELS BODYSHRED is a 30-minute, high intensity and endurance based class that utilizes Jillian’s 3-2-1 interval approach: 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio & 1 minute of abs.  

LIGHT AND FIT
This class will involve some light resistance training and cardio.

MAT PILATES
Inspired by the Joseph Pilates method, this class emphasizes body awareness while building strength and flexibility without excess bulk.

MUSCLE MADNESS
30 minutes total body strengthening for all levels of fitness.

P.I.Y.O.
A unique low impact, high intensity body transforming program designed to build strength & gain flexibility.

POWER FLEX
Yoga and Pilates based movements combined with standing balance work, traditional abdominal exercises and flowing stretches to help you achieve long, lean muscles giving you a powerful, flexible, and youthful body.  This comprehensive core workout will leave you feeling strong and re-energized!

 

R.I.P.P.E.D.
Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, Diet. These components will shock your body with an incredible and fun workout!

TNT CARDIO
An exhilarating fat burning program with a fun & effective mix of cardio-based movements.

TOTAL JAM
In this high energy, cardio, dance, fitness class, you will burn calories performing dynamic moves encompassing a full range of motion from head to toe. The music is current hottest hits to the oldest oldies with everything in between. Dance, laugh, and have fun until you drop. Remember Dance is Exercise in disguise.

TURBO KICK
Self-defense moves, boxing, kicks are all incorporated into this intense cardio class!

YOGA LITE
30 minutes for those who need to ease into yoga and work on balance and flexibility. large portion of class are with standing moves.

ZUMBA
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and international music with exciting unique moves utilizing the principles of fitness interval training with easy to follow dance steps.

ZUMBA GOLD
A lighter side of Zumba but with the same Latin flavor and fabulous music!
