Candlelight yoga will incorporate restorative yoga, meditative yoga, and hatha/vinyasa flow to help you let go of all the stress of the day leaving your body relaxed so you can get a good night’s sleep.
This cardio/strength combination class alternates strength exercises to sculpt every major muscle group with easy to follow cardio moves.
Simulating an outdoor ride complete with sprints, hill climbs and other terrain, this interval training class will definitely get your heart pumping!
D.I.O. – DANCE IT OUT
A total body, high energy, cardio dance class that infuses styles of dance including hip hop, Bollywood, line dancing, disco, 80’s, african, hula and more.
Gentle yoga poses are designed to restore and re-energize the body, mind and spirit.
SIMPLE, FUN and creative ways to develop spatial awareness, functional strength, flexibility, coordination, cardio vascular endurance, balance and much more.
Stretching, deep breathing, relaxation, and healing visualizations are used to facilitate release of physical and emotional tension, increase flexibility and improve balance.
This challenging class utilizes heavy bags and gloves to ensure that you get a total body workout! Must have gloves to use bags.
JILLIAN MICHAELS BODYSHRED™
JILLIAN MICHAELS BODYSHRED is a 30-minute, high intensity and endurance based class that utilizes Jillian’s 3-2-1 interval approach: 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio & 1 minute of abs.
LIGHT AND FIT
This class will involve some light resistance training and cardio.
Inspired by the Joseph Pilates method, this class emphasizes body awareness while building strength and flexibility without excess bulk.
A full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses.
This workout, a fusion of Yoga and Pilates, uses a series of exercise routines designed to increase your Core (abs/obliques/lower back) strength and endurance while improving your posture, energy, & flexibility. All levels welcome.
Yoga and Pilates based movements combined with standing balance work, traditional abdominal exercises and flowing stretches to help you achieve long, lean muscles giving you a powerful, flexible, and youthful body. This comprehensive core workout will leave you feeling strong and re-energized!

RISE AND SHINE YOGA
This class will awaken the body by completing numerous and varied sun salutations, and level 1/2 hatha yoga flows.

Hi/Low impact movements performed on and off a step platform are geared at optimizing your ability to burn fat.
STRENGTH + SCUPLT
Strength + Sculpt focuses on the essential areas of enhancement on a woman's body. Get added cardio as you chisel your arms, core, and glutes to perfection. Work in teams, dance it out in the stress-free circle, and get a full stretch at the end of every class.

Total Tone combines high-energy cardio work and targeted body-sculpting exercises to create a calorie-torching, strength-training fitness party.
