The Pilates Method is a form of resistance training which utilizes springs, elastic bands, and one's own body weight to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and develop a strong sense of body awareness.
At Total Woman our certified Pilates Instructors will customize a Pilates program specifically designed to help you achieve your fitness goals utilizing a variety of Pilates Equipment, such as the reformer, the cadillac, the wunda chair, barrels and magic circles.
Your certified Pilates Instructor will evaluate your current level of fitness, and based on this information will design your Pilates workout and cardiovascular program and will also provide nutritional counseling.
