- 3/4 cup Kikkoman teriyaki marinade
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 (1 1/2 lb) pork tenderloins
Whisk together teriyaki marinade, bourbon, brown sugar and garlic. Pour over pork tenderloins and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Remove pork from marinade and grill for 16-18 minutes or bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
