MAY 30-DAY BEACH BODY CHALLENGE

Summer is fast approaching and in California that means showing off your arms, legs and midriff. If the idea of skin-baring summer attire fills you with dread, don't worry . . . Total Woman has a plan for you. You can look fabulous and feel confident on or off the beach this summer with our May 30-Day Beach Body challenge.

This month's Challenge focuses on toning your arms, tightening the mid-section and firming those legs so you can proudly rock your swimsuit, shorts, crop tops and tanks.

May's Beach Body Challenge utilizes three different exercises that are all designed to target those key areas that are often exposed during the warmer months. You will perform one exercise each day for three days, with a rest day every fourth day. These exercises will get progressively harder throughout the month. To help you stay on track, we have created a Beach Body Challenge calendar with recommended exercises and rep quantities.
